MMK Consulting is a woman-owned project management firm maximizing returns for commercial relocations. Built upon empathy, transparency, and unrivaled due diligence, our tailored strategic plans minimize disruptions while maximizing team productivity.
Principal, real estate consultant, and avid problem solver, Martha Moylan, founded MMK Consulting in 2004 after witnessing a missed opportunity within commercial real estate. After making an insurmountable capital investment, relocation management was limited to the physical movement of property—causing unnecessary stress, headaches, and downtime. Combining her background in psychology, expansive network, and uncanny ability to pinpoint the uniqueness of each project, founder Martha Moylan created a human-centered, data-driven approach to commercial transitions.
Over the next two decades, MMK Consulting untangled the complex web of transition management for Big Four consulting firms, universities, state-run entities, and publicly-traded companies. Quickly gaining notoriety for their ability to weave the client’s ultimate vision into succinct project plans, MMK Consulting navigated seemingly impossible timelines, multi-phase moves, COVID-19 closures, and the grand openings of some of the most iconic commercial spaces in North America.
And throughout it all—no matter how vast the organization, tight the timeline, or technical the infrastructure—MMK Consulting instilled calm in what may otherwise be construed as a chaotic time.
